White Leather & Wooden Lounge Chair

These handmade white leather chairs on an olive-wood frame were originally bespoke pieces I commissioned for myself… but they didn’t quite work in my space, so they’ve been safely stored since I brought them back in the summer.

Each chair is crafted with woven white leather forming the seat and back, stretched and hand-hammered into place. You can see the tiny quirks from the workshop just outside the Marrakech medina, the subtle nail marks, the natural variations, the signs of hands at work. The frame is carved from olive wood, giving the chair a beautiful warmth and organic character.

They sit slightly lower than a standard chair, which makes them perfect for lounging. As a pair they look incredible, but a single one also holds its own as a standout statement piece. I’d personally style them with a soft white cushion, but they look just as good with a textured throw or left completely minimalist.

A striking, sculptural chair with a relaxed, artisan feel,  timeless, calm, and quietly luxurious.
